Sharon Farrell, Administrative AssistantSharon Farrell, Administrative Assistant

I will be one of the first team members you will meet. Helping you schedule your appointments and answer any insurance or billing questions you may have is my primary focus. The many administrative needs around the office are also my responsibility. I have been with Dr. White and his fabulous team since 2002. I take great pride in being able to help our patients get the smile they always dreamed of.

While at home, I keep very busy with my two children. I enjoy spending time with family and friends. Most of my husband's family lives in Ireland; we keep in touch with them and hope to visit them again soon. My daughter, Kaelyn and I spend quality time baking together. Kaelyn is an avid reader, and is always giving me new books to read.

Tammy Cherwinski, Dental AssistantTammy Cherwinski

Tammy is one of the smiling faces sitting beside you during your dental procedures. She also helps out at the front desk as well. An experienced and talented dental assistant Tammy has added teaching to her many skills as she help young people learn about our profession. Tammy stays busy outside the office caring for her dog and taking enormous pride watching her daughter grow in to a fine young woman.

Kim Tomassi, Registered Dental HygenistKim Tomassi, Registered Dental Hygienist

One of Kim's strengths is her ability to solve problems. She's always willing to listen and apply her nearly 20 years of dental knowledge to help our patients resolve their oral health issues. Kim maintains her education through ongoing training and studying the latest techniques as taught by the masters in the field. Plus, she's a consummate team player that we all appreciate. When not working, Kim enjoys spending time with her much-beloved husband, Ed, and her pet Beagle, Bailey. She also collects teddy bears.

Gloria Spitz, Registered Dental HygenistGloria Spitz, Registered Dental Hygienist

Gloria has spent her entire dental career -- over 35 years just with us! -- honing her expertise with our team. One of the benefits of this commitment is the satisfaction of watching young patients grow up into happy adults with healthy teeth, then treating their children! Gloria's energy and enthusiasm don't stop with her work. Not long ago, she started a chocolate business and a jewelry business, offshoots of her hobbies. Her family includes her husband, Bob, three sons, and grandchildren she'd love to tell you about in person.

Kathy Colsher

Kathy Colsher started her career in dentistry in 1997. Starting as an administrator I learned how to assist at chair side and eventually became the office manager of a very fine general practice. Here at Advanced Dental Concepts I serve as Dr. White's Patient Care Coordinator. My job is to make sure you understand and feel comfortably at ease with treatment and financial arrangements.

In Kathy's personal life she is a very busy wife and mother to 3 beautiful children who enjoys watching her kids play sports. She and her husband are very actively involved in our football and cheerleading organization. He coaches while I help run the snack bar.

"On our vacation time we love to go up to the Pocono's. While up there we occupy our time by going fishing and swimming at the lake. We also make our annual trips to Camel Beach and Knoebels amusement park. When I have spare time I like to watch cooking shows, especially Paula Deen. I have been collecting her cook books over the last couple years. My favorite recipe is Grandma Paul's Sour Cream Pound Cake. After the first time I made it, it quickly became my grandmom's favorite birthday cake. I am very family oriented and have a very large extended family. I always anticipate our next gathering because we have so much fun together!"

Retired Staff (but still very much part of our team):

Dori Bork, Patient Care Coordinator

Dori helps our office run smoothly and makes sure that our patients feel at home. You might say that she's a bit of an expert at that, after 27 years in the field! Her love for her work shows in everything she says and does. Dori is married and has two adult sons. When not at the office, she raises Mastiffs.

Dori has retired to a life of grandchildren and family after 18 years with us.

Doris TempleDoris Temple, Senior Expanded Function Dental Assistant

With 38 years of experience in dentistry, Doris is certainly one of our key team players. In fact, she'd be the first to tell you that she's more like family than an employee. As you'll find when you meet her, Doris handles every patient and every challenge with a friendly professionalism that's hard to beat. When she's not busy with our team, Doris spends time with her husband and enjoys ceramics and painting. She has a grown son and daughter and is a proud grandmother. Ask to see the pictures; she has them all over the office!
